Company History
Mitsuhisa Amano established MEGA TECH Co.,Ltd. with capital of 10 million yen in Tomi-no-naka, Yamagata City, and became President.
Received No.1 Domestic Annual Sales Dealer award from AIDA Engineering in the first year.
Handled delivery and installation of all press machinery for Tohoku Pioneer's Mexico, Shanghai, and Thailand factories. Fully launched international import/export business.
Obtained certification for Power Press Periodic Self-Inspection from the Ministry of Labour.
Introduced 10-ton large truck and 20-ton crane. Established Heavy Transport Division.
Opened Tochigi Factory in Kanuma City. Started full-scale used press machinery stock and overhaul operations.
Established MEGATECH ASIA CO.LTD in Hong Kong (closed c. 2015).
Launched MA-1 Series hydraulic cold forging press as our first in-house product.
Opened MEGATECH ASIA China office in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province (closed).
Relocated headquarters to Wakamiya, Yamagata City.
Purchased Tochigi Factory building, establishing Tochigi Division.

Handled delivery and installation of all press-related machinery for Tohoku Pioneer Corporation's Mexico, Shanghai, and Thailand factory openings. Fully launched international import/export business.
