Press Machine Periodic Inspection
MEGA TECH with 29 years of experience provides reliable inspection services for all manufacturers
What is Periodic Self-Inspection?
Under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, businesses are required to conduct self-inspections of power press machines by qualified personnel at least once a year. This regular self-inspection is called Periodic Self-Inspection.
Based on Japanese Occupational Safety and Health Regulations
Inspections can be performed by qualified personnel within the company or by registered inspection agencies. As a nationwide registered inspection agency (Yamagata Prefecture Registered Inspector No. Yama-99), MEGA TECH's experienced inspectors handle press machines from all manufacturers.
Inspection Label Requirement
Machines that have been inspected must display an inspection label (sticker) in a visible location.
Record Retention
Inspection records must be retained for 3 years. MEGA TECH provides complete inspection documentation.
Purpose of Inspection
Periodic self-inspection aims to verify press machine safety
